  1. Pulmonary Medicine & Interventional Pulmonology
    • Twelve years of experience in management of out-patient and in-patient pulmonary disorders, sleep disordered breathing patients.

  2. Critical care
    • Consultant in 22 bedded medical ICU in NH MMI hospital, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, where consultations regarding management of septic shock, pneumonia ARDS, multiorgan failure, ventilator management of such patients are done daily. It is a medical and surgical ICU with 100% occupancy.
    • Worked as In-charge of a 20 bedded Intensive Care Unit where medical, surgical, orthopaedic, neurosurgical and gynaecological patients were admitted and treated at Chitwan Medical College, Nepal.
    • Certified in ACLS and BLS training.
    • Well versed in the procedures like endo-tracheal intubation, arterial line placement, central venous catheter placement (Conventional & ultrasound guided), use of invasive and noninvasive mechanical ventilation.
    • Experienced in managing critically ill patients with ARDS, Obstructive airway disorders, pulmonary vascular disorders and septic shock.
    • Well versed in point of care ultrasonography, guided pleural fluid drainage, assessment of pneumothorax, guided CVC catheter placement, compression ultrasound and Inferior vena cava assessment for fluid status.

  3. Sleep medicine
    • Experienced in performing, analyzing polysomonography and titrating CPAP/BiPAP for the purpose of treatment of various sleep disordered breathing with an experience in using advanced BIPAP machines including adaptive servo ventilation.
